As a young mother I attended the aerobics classes. Captain Beverly Smith was so kind and welcoming, the classes were almost free in cost and I got a lot out of going to them as well as the meetings for coffee and discussion afterwards.It was like an emotional support group and I also got my friend to go as well.We also attended other family events,such as a holiday Seder meal,and a country barbicue picnic with busing
