Based in Nashville, the Dispensary of Hope is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable pharmaceutical access to uninsured patients across the United States. To do this, the Dispensary of Hope works with health care providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical distributors, not-for-profit clinics, and charitable pharmacies to place medications that would otherwise go unused into the hands of low-income, uninsured patients. Each year, the Dispensary of Hope sources and distributes medication to fill over 200,000 brand name prescriptions.
