The American Red Cross Greater New York Region is composed of The American Red Cross New York City serving the five boroughs of New York City, The American Red Cross Metro New York North serving Greenwich, CT and the counties of Westchester, Sullivan, Putnam, Rockland, West Point and Orange, and The American Red Cross on Long Island, serving Nassau and Suffolk counties.
