Fulton County Historical Society

The society owns a museum, which houses its archives and changing exhibits, a train depot museum with model trains, and a school house, log cabin and working blacksmith shop at the county fairgrounds.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to collect, preserve, and interpret artifacts and written records pertaining to Fulton County.

The Fulton County Historical Society uniquely provides to a diverse audience, access to experience Fulton County’s local cultural history through a research facility, programs, demonstrations, and exhibits at its various sites.
