The Diabetes Society offers services to an estimated 150,000 people with diabetes in the Santa Clara Valley. The Diabetes Society provides one-on-one diabetes management counseling, educational classes and literature, diabetes supplies, diabetes screenings in the community, and the largest diabetes youth camping program in the country.
