The Virginia Solidarity Association is a non-profit independent labor organization that works collaboratively in alliance with other community based and grassroots organizations. VSA is a state wide membership-led association organizing to provide assistance to the members through solidarity, education, action, and leadership development.
Mission Statement
The Virginia Solidarity Association supports public and private sector workers to build a positive working environment with peers, supervisors, and administration. The ultimate goal of VSA is the retention of effective workers in a cohesive working relationship with employers.
