Mission Statement

TROMP is a 4-phase program to help all travelers to know and obey traffic laws. As we encourage greener modes of moving, the denser pathways demand responsible, predictable and un-destracted users. We address pedestrian, bikers, carists, buses;everyone who gets from one place from one place to another; pay attention and obey the law.

Description

Travel Responsibilty Outreach and Mentoring Project is a land mark cultural change program, designed to correct the entitled, car-oriented travel entitlement of our City. (and eventually others, too)

TROMP is a grass roots group serving as an umbrella uniting other travel, health and environmental groups in a large educational project.

It involves the schools, businesses, police and elected officials and more and applies to pedestrians, bicyclists, scooters, cars, busses and all forms of public mobility.
