Our organization helps people, who have fallen on hard times, get back on their feet. We provide shelter to those in need. We have a food pantry on site for outreach clients and those in our shelters.

Mission Statement

Samaritan Inn provides emergency food and temporary shelter to homeless people in Sussex County regardless of age, sex, race, or religion. Samaritan Inn shares a positive responsibility to preserve the dignity of the individual, to relieve human suffering and assists the stricken, to offer sanctuary to the homeless, stewardship to the homeless, and to coordinate with the total helping agency complex of Sussex County. Everyone deserves shelter and food. I spent much of my youth homeless, it's a hard life to live. If I can help someone else get off of the streets and help them out of hard times, then I will.
