Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont Council serves more than 18,000 girls and 8,000 adults in the following 40 counties of North Carolina:

Alamance, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Burke, Buncombe, Caldwell, Catawba, Caswell, Cherokee, Clay, Cleveland, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Gaston, Graham, Guilford, Haywood, Henderson, Iredell, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Randolph, Rockingham, Rutherford, Stokes, Surry, Swain, Transylvania, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin and Yancey.
