Harbor Hills Housing Community is a 300-unit low-income housing development owned and managed by the County of Los Angeles Housing Authority.

The Harbor Hills Housing Community brings together a number of innovative programs and services desinged to improve the quality of life for our residents and enable them to attain self-sufficiency. Harbor Hills offers a wide range of programs and services delivered through an array of community partnerships.

Harbor Hills Housing provides after school programs that are created to assist children and youth with educational and literacy development by reinforcing the skills and concepts learned in the classroom.

Harbor Hills also provides multiple environments and opportunities for youth development & leadership.

Harbor Hills provides coordinated supportive services for elderly and persons with disabilities designed to assist them in enhancing their independent living skills and improve their quality of life.
