Mission Statement

No Paw Left Behind's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and place severely injured, abused and feral dogs and cats in South Florida; provide special attention to pets that need medical or behavioral assistance; admit pets in need without basis of breed or size; place each one of our amazing survivors with a loving forever home; continue to develop ways to help lower our numbers of feral pets; build community understanding of feral issues; educate the public about responsible pet ownership; assist in the investigation and prosecution of animal cruelty and neglect; and document the stories of love and survival to further develop our humane education outreach program.

Description

No Paw Left Behind is a foster home network comprised of over twenty fully trained foster homes. We are always looking for new volunteers to become fosters, transporters, event helpers and more!

No Paw Left Behind rescue pets come from all over Florida, many from high volume county shelters and others are found on the streets as strays or are owner surrenders. No matter the species or breed, illness or age, from dogs and cats to bunnies and exotic birds, No Paw Left Behind strives to find a way to help as many pets in need as our resources allow.

No Paw left behind or NPLB for short is a great rescue. I have fostered a dog or puppy for as little as 1 or 2 days or as long as 2 months. If you are looking for Community service hours for school or you just love puppies VOLUNTEER.. you will not regret it.

I have worked with No Paw Left Behind for more than a year and it has been the greatest experience of my life. I have fallen in love with every single one of my foster dogs and I know every single one of them is in a great home. I have never seen a rescue as devoted to animals like No Paw is. They never turn there backs on a pet that is "undesirable" or " to far gone". Because of them I understand that you can't save every animal in the world but you can change that one animals world. No matter how busy you are you can make a difference in an animals life. Foster, donate, adopt, share. This rescue is amazing.

I have been fostering for No Paw Left Behind since 2006. This is a great organization and I truly believe in their mission.
