3HC is a community-based, not-for-profit agency rooted in the heart of eastern North Carolina. 3HC sets the standard for treating home health and hospice patients with innovative, comprehensive and respectful care during their greatest time of need.
Mission Statement
3HC-Hospice affirms life and exists to provide support and care for persons in the last phases of an incurable disease, that they might live as fully and comfortably as possible. We recognize dying as a normal process,and do not seek to hasten or postpone death. The goal of 3HC Hospice is that patients and families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to them.
