The Kindness Connection’s mission is to inspire youth to be lifelong volunteers.

Description

The Kindness Connection (TKC) is an innovative non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting volunteerism by connecting schools, groups, and/or individuals with those in need through service-learning activities. The Kindness Connection started as a vision of two Wilmette, IL mothers who wanted to find meaningful age-appropriate volunteer projects to do with their children, in order to teach their kids the values of giving back and of having compassion for others.

Since The Kindness Connection started in 2007, TKC has reached 16,400+ volunteers and has delivered 25,000+ handmade projects to numerous organizations in the greater Chicagoland area and the world.
