Mission Statement

To prevent drowning, near-drowning and other water-related incidents in Palm Beach County by educating residents on water safety and basic rescue techniques.

Description

The Drowning Prevention Coalition provides:

  1. Free swimming lessons to underprivleged and special needs children ages 3-12
  2. Free, land based water safety presentations to the community at large
  3. Water safety information at local health and safety fairs via display booth

Anna is a wonderful organization manager. Very helpful and easy to get along with. She is thoughtful, patient and a great teacher. Great skills to be learned at the Drowning Prevention Coalition of PBC. I would definitely recommend to other volunteers.
