Our official name is JCP CARES, Inc. JCP CARES does stand for Julington Creek Plantation Community Active Residents Engaged in Service. Our goal is to bring together the residents of the area, the students needing community service hours, local businesses and religious organizations all with the goal of helping those less fortunate within our county.
