Kalamazoo Nature Center

The Kalamazoo Nature Center is recognized as one of the nation's best nature centers. Founded in 1960, the Kalamazoo Nature Center features a 1,000-acre nature preserve, live birds of prey and other animals on display, a variety of interactive, educational exhibits, and extensive programs in environmental education and research.

The Kalamazoo Nature Center is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to inspire people to care for the environment by providing experiences that lead them to understand their connection to the natural world.
