Mission Statement

To serve senior citizens of DeKalb County, GA in need of free transportation to medical appointments. I CARE drivers provide respectful, caring companionship, thereby enhancing and promoting the quality of life, independence, and dignity of those served.

Description

I CARE is an interfaith collective effort which coordinates volunteer drivers with care receivers. We serve DeKalb County, GA residents 55 years and older who, for financial and/or medical reasons, have no other means of transportation to medical appointments. Our clients must be ambulatory.

WELL THIS IS SOMETHING I COULD DO WITHOUT A DOUBT MY MOM IS A STROKE PATIENT AND I HAVE DONE THIS FOR A HER FOR MANY YEARS I ALSO HAVE A WHEECHAIL ACCESSESABLE MINI VAN WHICH I CAN USE FOR THE SENIORS WHO MIGHT BE IN NEED FOR IT
