Mission Statement

The Homeless Prenatal Program’s mission is to break the cycle of childhood poverty, one family at atime. Through case management and holistic services, HPP serves over 3,500 clients per year. Passion for our mission is essential to the job, as this unique internship will focus on creating content that is relevant not only to our donors, but also to the diverse clients we serve.

Description

We serve homeless families with a variety of services. Our departments include Prenatal Services, Substance Abuse Services, Case Management, Housing Assistance Program, Community Health Worker Training Program and Policy & Advocacy.

You do not have to be homeless and/or pregnant to receive services. We also assist low income families.
