The mission of Fresno City and County Historical Society is to collect, preserve, interpret, and hold in public trust the records and artifacts that document the history of all the people of Fresno County and the central region of California.

Description

Founded in 1919, the Fresno Historical Society has built the region's most significant archival and artifact collections documenting the Central San Joaquin Valley's history from the mid-1800s to the present.
