BCSYES! provides quality compassionate care to at-risk adjudicated youth ages 11-18 through community based 24-hour residential programs. BCS operates an emergency shelter and five group homes in Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties with a total capacity of 60 beds, serving up to 450 youth annually. Residents participate in a number of holistic services that meet their need for acceptance, instruction, mentoring, responsibility, structure, and safety. BCS also provides a safe haven for youth in crisis through our Runaway Homeless Youth Program in the emergency shelter.
