Mission Statement
CASA (Court Appointed Special Assistants) are specially trained citizen volunteers appointed by Family Court Judges to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in Family Court proceedings.
Description
Capital District CASA is a volunteer program under the umbrella of Mediation Matters, Inc. serving Albany and Rensselaer Counties, New York. We are a member of the New York State CASA Association and National CASA.
