BE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was started with a few dedicated parents who were concerned about the limited information available to students for their educational pursuits 'beyond' high school. We later added financial literacy education as teens were landing their first jobs.
We have a new initiative underway to address teenage homelessness facing those aging out of foster care. A Space of My Own will provide downpayment assistance for adequate housing and the household essentials they'll need to get moved in.
