Colorado HorsePower began in 1984 and our mission is to provide equine therapy and horsemanship skills to persons with disabilities within the Denver Metro and Douglas County communities. HorsePower strives to create safe and open environments where individuals can experience the healing power of the horse. Description

Therapeutic equestrian activities strive to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to bond with their horses, fellow students, and their volunteers. Students experience a wide range of physical, social, and emotional benefits from therapeutic riding and horsemanship activities.
