Mission Statement

To alleviate the initial trauma of sexual assault and child abuse survivors and their significant others through direct support services and immediate intervention, and also to prevent further occurrence of these crimes through education and prevention services.

Description

The Center is a non-profit agency supported in part by the Office of Criminal Justice Planning, United Way, and private donations in an effort to provide Education/Prevention and Intervention Services to the communities in Northern Santa Barbara County in California.

If you are interested in volunteering with the Center, you must live within our service area in the north county. At this time, we are only offering Professional Development in the local area as well.

North County Rape Crisis and Child Protection Center is an amazing local nonprofit organization! I am really happy I saw the post here on volunteer match, everyone is great the training program was excellent and it is an honor to volunteer with these amazing people.
