I would highly recommend this organization. Great and friendly staff!! Everyone shows you the ropes to ensure you are comfortable with all the protocols and information. The patrons of this Smithsonian are awesome as well. They are inquisitive and respectful. I was a school tours volunteer and thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids were so adorable and I was blown away at how much they wanted to learn about the post office world! Many people don't know about this gem, but I am glad I found it here on Volunteermatch.com and was able to work with this museum for 6 months!
