Pal-O-Mine’s mission is to provide a comprehensive therapeutic equine program that uses horses to facilitate growth, learning and healing. Our population includes children and adults with disabilities, those who have been abused or neglected, veterans and the economically compromised.

Pal-O-Mine Equestrian, Inc. is a not for profit organization dedicated to providing a comprehensive therapeutic equine program that uses horses to facilitate growth, learning and healing. Their population includes children and adults with disabilities, those who have been abused or neglected,veterans and the economically compromised. Incorporated in 1996 and recognized as a 501(c)(3) in 1997, Pal-O-Mine was founded by and is still directed by Lisa Gatti.

Features: Therapeutic, recreational and competitive horseback programs, summer day experiences, work-study and Equine Assisted Learning programs for disabled and able-bodied students. Those who help include physical, speech and occupational therapists, special education teachers, ASL interpreters, social workers and equine professionals.

This place will restore your faith in humanity! The genuinely nicest people working and volunteering there. You will think you were on a farm upstate when you are on the property. I had NO horse experience at all and everyone was more than happy to share their knowledge and love of horses, as well as giving you the opportunity to take classes and learn as much as you want about them. The people, the horses and the kids will leave a lasting impression on me that will always make me look back and smile!
