Description

Pittsburgh Action Against Rape is a private non-profit organization founded in 1972. PAAR provides comprehensive services to child and adult victims of sexual abuse throughout Allegheny County. These services include a 24/7 helpline, support through the medical and legal process, crisis counseling, individual and group counseling and trauma-focused counseling for children who have been sexually abused. PAAR's prevention programming educates and builds skills in children, adults, professionals, schools, universities and agencies to prevent sexual violence.
