Our mission is provide education, employment, and consulting services to all sectors of the food world from culinary arts, foodservice management, and production and marketing in order to create a business environment where our collective diversity is celebrated and explored. FoodWorks is committed to the idea that food and cooking are among the most significant of all cultural expressions that brings individuals together and promotes community development. We advocate the development of programs that provide culturally appropriate and language specific training and educational opportunities that promote the ethnic food industry at large and translate to real economic and social advancement for all.
