Mission Statement

The Voluntary Action Center of NEPA is a non-profit umbrella organization dedicated to the concept of people helping people. The Center provides both direct and indirect services to community organizations in the areas of volunteerism, information and referral, and prevention. Voluntary Action Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania is also a regional information and volunteer clearinghouse.
