JDF's mission is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.
Description
JDF was founded in 1970 by parents of children with diabetes who were convinced, that through research, a cure could be found. Since its inception, JDF has allocated more money (over $300 million) to diabetes research than any other non-profit, or non-governmental agency in the world. 84% of all dollars raised goes directly to diabetes research and education.
