I used to run cross country and I know people who would like to show their support at an occasion like this

I've been a volunteer driver in the Road to Recovery program since Sept 2009 and it is the most rewarding volunteer work! (I've done rape crisis counselling, hospice work in the past) and I've been able to help so many people and they sure give back to me.
Staff and other volunteers are super too.

American Cancer Society is well known. This organization put on a sports event in Los Angeles. Runners participated, volunteers helped with setup, directing, and providing food and drink to participants. Great fun. Great people. Enjoyed the event and assisting them.

they are giving you thanks and appreciation that
can't be measured !
