After School Action Programs exists to strengthen the capacity of its member organizations to work effectively with youth through site-based programming, to encourage and create new opportunities for collaboration, and to bring change to the youth service delivery system.

Description

After School Action Programs (ASAP) supports its member organizations (congregations, tenants associations, ethnic associations, non-profits) who work with children and youth, and creates opportunities for innovative collaboration. ASAP uses the following five key strategies to accomplish its goals: training; resource development; program development; networking and community building; and advocacy and leadership development.
