Our Purpose: To use the pledge as our foundation, literally a place to build on. A values structure to operate from. In the past, we've always sought to achieve goals. We made our goals something to strive for; to go to. Now, we want to reverse the order. We want to declare, this, the values of the Pledge, is where we're coming from! From there, the goals we choose to work for will happen as if by miracle.
Why us, now? The best rulers, elected officials, and planners have only been able to do is bring us to what many feel is the eve-of-destruction socially, economically, and environmentally. Now it is time for 'We the People' to step forward, unite, and make the quickest possible change. Change at the local level. "Think Globally, Act Locally!"
How? Begin by choosing to endorse the Pledge, and use it to weigh the decisions you make in life that affect your fellow earth inhabitants. We can make the difference in our own communities! The tool with which such change can happen is the community directorywhere We the People of the community find, and choose to support, businesses, service organizations, artists of all kinds, and politicians, all who endorse of the Pledge project. Thus United, we will change the future, one community at a time, all at once!
