The mission of Kindred at Home & Hospice Affiliates is to honor life and offer Compassion to individuals and their families when facing a Life-limiting illness The hospice is driven by the philosophy of commitment to our patients, leadership and excellence. We recognize the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each person. We strive to extend the highest level of courtesy and service to patients, families/caregivers, visitors and each other. We deliver state-of-the-art hospice services with identified centers of excellence. We engage in a wide range of continuing education, clinical education, and other programs for professionals and the public.
