Mission Statement

The Harrisburg Area YMCA is a non-profit organization committed to aid in the spiritual, mental, and physical devlopment of each person, enabling them to be beneficial and contributing members of our society. We accomplish our mission through our programs and services, which are designed to meet community needs in an atmosphere of Christian growth and love to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit.

Description

The Camp Curtin Teen Achievers program is designed for students in seventh through twelfth grades. We offer college tours and sessions to introduce students to the career world and to help them along the path to college. The program is open to all students but is primarily designed to provide community role models to minority students.
