Volunteers are the heart of our hospice. They provide emotional support to our adult patients and their caregivers through friendly visits in homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in the BrowardCountyarea. A small commitment on your part can make a BIG difference to a hospice patient.
Schedule is flexible and on-going. A criminal background screen and TB test are required (at no cost) and an 8-hour hospice volunteer training will be provided. Must be 16 years or older to apply. Volunteers ages 16-18 must have adult supervision.
