Veteran Program-Do you have 45 minutes week to visit a Veteran?
At Crossroads Hospice, we are dedicated to providing quality end-of-life care. We recognize the sacrifices that men and women of the armed forces have made in serving their country. Our patients are celebrated with programs like Veteran's Recognition Program, Life Journals and artist renderings of the patients in uniform.
Active service members and veterans are encouraged to volunteer!
