Volunteers are the heartbeat of our organization. We have a variety of opportunities for the volunteer who likes to think outside of the box or join in with others to carry out our mission.
Do you have a special skill you'd like to share with our non-profit? Computers, technology, marketing, public speaking, board development, fundraising, clerical, ergonomics, etc? Contact us - we'd love to talk with you.
Our daily duties include sizing/marking clothing and restocking our free store. It's simple - it's fun - it helps others. You will be amazed at what you can do in as little as one hour.
We have many areas of interest for men, women, teens, and seniors to help lend a hand.

Mission Statement
To provide free clothing and small household items to Steele County residents in need.
Description
We are a free store for residents of Steele County who are at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level. Through our service, families can receive help with their basic living needs. Clients can receive clothing and small household items to restart their lives after fleeing a domestic abuse situation, a fire, flood or tornado and having to live with a mental or physical disability. School aged children can avoid bullying at school by wearing clothing similar to their peers and all family members can receive the appropriate outerwear for our Minnesota winters.
