HELP HAND OUT PIES!
We have VOLUNTEER opportunities available Tuesday, November 25th to help those in need around the Thanksgiving holiday! Food & Friends prepares, packages, and delivers nutrionally specialized meals to people facing HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life challenging illnesses in the DC metro area. We are holding our annual Thanksgiving pie sale Slice of Life to raise critical funds for our life-sustaining services. Volunteers are needed to hand out pies during three shifts throughout the day -- 11:30am-2:30pm, 2:30-5:30pm, and 5:30-8:30pm.
When signing up, you'll have the opportunity to choose the location and time of your choice.
Please contact Lisa Jourdan, Special Events Associate, at ljourdan@foodandfriends.org to sign up today!
