Goodwill Industries offers many programs for those with barriers to employment. Almost all of these programs utilize a mock interview at one time or another. The populations we serve range from youth to individuals with special needs to veterans to ex-offenders.
Volunteers who facilitate mock interviews will work directly with program participants. They give our participants interviewing experience and provide valuable feedback to help them improve and reach the goal of gainful employment.
Mock interview slots are generally available Tuesday through Friday between 10:30 and 4:00.
Volunteers must have excellent communication skills, experience being interviewed and the ability to provide helpful and tactful feedback to participants. Volunteers will go through a brief training.
