Successful volunteer may be hired as employee upon achieving specific and consistent goals TBD. Works with the Executive Director and Chicagoland volunteer teams to achieve market goals. Recruits and trains volunteer committees for each fundraising campaign and for other volunteer leadership roles.
Cultivates contacts and relationships outside the Association in order to achieve campaign development goals. This may include sponsors, vendors, major donors, key business executives, civic representatives, and professional leaders.
