The Camarillo Public Library's Homebound Delivery Program brings library materials to assisted living facility residents in Camarillo. Trained volunteers visit residents every other week to deliver or pick up library materials. Library staff and volunteers select books and other materials according to the preferences of the homebound library users.

Qualities to have: You must be physically able to deliver library materials, possess a valid California state driver's license, have proof of current auto insurance, and undergo a background check. You must also be comfortable working with older adults and the disabled.
