We are in need of volunteers to transport packaged food boxes from the centrally located Tucson Community Food Bank to to our on-site food bank in NW Tucson. Volunteers come to our site at 2820 W Ina Road to pick up our van and travel to the Community Food Bank. Drivers then load boxes of pre-ordered food into our van and return to our site to unload the food. Individuals need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The need for drivers is growing. Please consider helping us continue to provide food for those in need! Volunteering twice a month is a huge help for us! Please spread the word.

Interfaith Community Services is a non-profit agency that helps seniors, disabled individuals and people in financial crisis in Pima County achieve stable and independent lives though support from over 950 volunteers, 109 faith communities and the community-at-large. We share a common belief that our diverse faiths call us to serve those in need. Our services and volunteer opportunities are open and welcoming to all regardless of faith tradition. Description
Our multiple services are often the "safety net" that help our recipients remain or become stabilized, enabling them to lead independent lives. We are providing services for thousands of people in need. Over the past year, we have provided 45,714 services, over 20.034 individuals were served and provided $650,098 of financial services.
