Volunteer with hospitalized children, in hospital office areas or the Playaway Gift Shop.
Arkansas Children's Hospital is the only pediatric medical center in Arkansas and among the largest in the United States serving kids from birth to age 21. Our pediatric health care facility boasts an internationally renowned reputation for medical breakthroughs and intensive treatments, unique surgical procedures and forward-thinking medical research - all dedicated to fulfilling our mission of enhancing, sustaining and restoring children's health and development.
*ACH has several requirements to complete before working with patients (see our website, www.archildrens.org/volunteer for more details). After fulfilling all requirements, potential volunteers are scheduled to come once a week (same day, same time each week). Volunteer shifts are typically scheduled from 9 am-12 noon, 1-4 pm and 6-9 pm.
