RSVP is looking for volunteers to assist The Manna Food Bank located in Asheville. Volunteer Position include: Agency Shopper, Driver to pick up Local Products, Office Worker, On-Call Driver, Food Sorter, Warehouse Assistant, Greeter/Receptionist. Volunteer hours are based on position but traditionally are one morning or afternoon a week.

Want to volunteer but don't know how to get started? Call the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) at the Land-of-Sky Regional Council. We are the volunteer center for older adults age 55 or better. We serve the counties of Henderson, Transylvania, Buncombe and Madison and are here to help you match your skills and talents to rewarding volunteer opportunities. Working with over 100 non-profit agencies we offer over 400 opportunities; if we don't have something that interests you we will do our best to find that opportunity for you! Volunteer as much as you like and take advantage of our fun recognition events and complimentary theatre tickets to expand your social calendar along with many lifelong learning opportunities through educational workshops.
