Need licensed health educators, nutritionists, nurses, Med Techs, Pharmacists and Drs. to donate time for free health screenings, eudcation programs and trainings for the public. Also people with backgrounds in education in chronic diseases-kidney, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and moderate diet plans- kidney disease, organ transplantation, diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease,stroke and obesity. Work with Multicultural populations. Health Screenings in South Angeles, Metro Los Angeles, North Hollywood, Pasadena, Burbank, City of San Fernando, annually. Locations and screening area change. Dates and time may vary. Check Volunteermatch site for event dates and schedules.

Some Fridays, mostly Saturdays and Sundays and one Monday in November.

Health Events and Expos are from 7:30 till 5:30pm depending on the date of the Health Event. We produce about 5 events per year. San Fernando Senior Health Expo Friday, May 27th.; Long Beach Health Event in Long Beach Convention Center Sept. 17th. and 18th. Sat.and Sun.; Burbank Parks and Rec. Center, Burbank Senior Health Event Nov.1st. Tuesday. All all health care services are free of charge to participants! Food, water, beverages and snacks are provided for all volunteers!

Retirees and groups are welcome! Flexible hours and schedules. Or just regular folks who want to make a differnce in others lives who have less fortunate health status and health education!

• Licensed, health care professionals: Licensed health care providers would be best and a background in and health education in nutrition, moderate diet plans, kidney disease, organ transplantation, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity,stroke and heart disease is very helpful. Nurses, LVN's, Doctors, Pharm Techs, Dietitians and nutritionists are needed and desired. Please email your current resume' and license and/or certificate with current expiration dates.
