Brighten the day of a senior citizen or other community member with a simple friendly visit to them in their home. Rural Stearns Faith in Action (RSFIA) exists to help meet some of the needs of our neighblors. This volunteer opportunity can be FLEXIBLE, whether you have 1 hour a month, or several hours a week to contribute, we welcome you! Current opportunities include virtual visits through telephone or video chat. Outdoor in person visits may be considered.

Description
Our program volunteers serve seniors and people with difficult life situations living in the rural communities of Stearns County with the ultimate goal of keeping people in their homes as long as possible. We do this through offering transportation, homemaking, chore services, home modification/repair, friendly visiting, respite care, and the list goes on.
