The Chaska FSC produces an amateur ice show each spring. Volunteers are needed beginning in January to produce costumes and solicit advertising for the show program. For the show itself, volunteers are needed to be backstage help, assist in dressing rooms, sell concessions, operate spotlights, act as ticket takers and similar activities.
The show is usually held the first weekend of March. There is dress rehearsal Friday evening, with shows Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. While spotlight operators and emcees are needed to be present for all three productions, other volunteers may work just one or more shifts depending upon their availability.

The Chaska Figure Skating Club seeks to provide instruction in all types of figure skating. We value of the advancement and learning of young individuals. We seek to encourage and cultivate a spirit of fraternal feeling among ice skaters. Finally, the CFSC seeks to sponsor and cooperate in the amateur ice carnivals, shows, exhibitions, and competitions.
Description
The Chaska Figure Skating Club is a community based, youth, athletic organization. It is a member of US Figure Skating. The club offers instructional and practice ice time for its members. The focus of the club is to allow skaters to advance through the skill levels of the USFSA. Additionally, we encourage our skaters to compete at the state and national levels, and have had several members who have won competitions at these levels.
