Bikini Beach Cat Rescue

Fundraising is essential! All funds generated are used to subsidize our weekly low-cost spay/neuter clinics; we have two veterinarian practices and three veterinarians to do these surgeries. We have sponsored more than 1,700 low cost spay/neuters in our community and many more could be done with increased funding. We have applied for TNR grants and are awaiting replies from them. We need people who have ideas on fundraisers and who can spare two hours a month to help. Please help us save these kittens from an uncertain future; the first step begins with you! Mission Statement

Free-roaming cats are a huge problem in our community. Since all shelters are full, there is a need to reduce the number of cat intakes to shelters. Cost to spay and neuter is a big factor for our residents. Therefore, Bikini Beach Cat Rescue was formed to address this issue by offering weekly low-cost spay/neuter clinics currently costing $55.00 for a spay or a neuter. We have sponsored more than 8.500 low-cost spay/neuter clinics, a milestone we are all proud to have achieved. We need volunteers to help with fundraisers to help pay for the surgeries and trappers for the community. We have regular meetings throughout the year, currently at The Inlet Square Mall in Murrells Inlet. You are welcome to come and share your ideas with us. We need your help and participation to help the animals.
