Everybody Wins! Iowa is currently seeking qualified applicants for
the Office Assistant internship. The intern is responsible for assisting the
Executive Director and other Everybody Wins! Iowa staff members with a variety
of administrative tasks.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Database management.
Assist School Coordinators by providing requested
materials and helping to organize Power Lunch programs.
Office
administrative tasks such as answering phones, setting up meetings, making
copies, etc.
Enforce the Power Lunch program guidelines.
Update
Everybody Wins! Iowa Facebook page and other marketing materials.
Research
and generate special event and fundraising ideas.
Ensure that volunteers,
school faculty, and students are satisfied with their Everybody Wins! Iowa
experience.
Process mid-year and end-of-the-year evaluations using
Microsoft Excel.
Research possible grants and awards.
Contact volunteers via email and/or phone.
Act
as a volunteer reading mentor, if schedule allows.
Develop and maintain Everybody
Wins! Iowa organizational chart.
Develop training manuals for volunteer
recruitment process as well as other office procedures.
Recruit volunteers.
Research ways to make the Everybody Wins! Iowa office more efficient.
Maintain contact with School Coordinators as well as other Everybody Wins!
Iowa staff.
Establish professional relationships with volunteers, staff,
and students.
Promote EW! IA through special events, bulletin boards,
fliers or other appropriate communication.

Additional duties may be
assigned by the Executive Director or other Everybody Wins! Iowa staff members.
